【主要成分】黏菌素
【性 状】本品为类白色至黄色颗粒或粉末
【药理作用】药效学 黏菌素属多肽类，是一种碱性阳离子表面活性剂，通过与细菌细胞膜内的磷脂相互作用，渗入细菌细胞膜内，破坏其结构，进而引起膜通透性发生变化，导致细菌死亡，产生杀菌作用。本品对需氧菌、大肠埃希菌、嗜血杆菌、克雷伯氏杆菌、巴氏杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌等革兰氏阴性菌有较强的抗菌作用。革兰氏阳性菌通常不敏感。与多黏菌素B之间有完全交叉耐药性，但与其他抗菌药物之间无交叉耐药性。 药动学 经口给药几乎不吸收，但非胃肠道给药吸收迅速。进入体内的药物可迅速分布进入心、肺、肝、肾和骨骼肌，但不易进入脑脊髓、胸腔、关节腔和感染病灶。主要经肾排
【药物相互作用】 (1) 与杆菌肽锌1:5配合有协同作用。 (2)与肌松药和氨基糖苷类等神经肌肉阻滞剂合用可能引起肌无力和呼吸暂停。 (3)与螯合剂(EDTA)和阳离子清洁剂对铜绿假单胞菌有协同作用，常联合用于局部感染的治疗。 (4)与可能损伤肾功能的药物合用，可增强其肾毒性。
【作用与用途】多肽类抗生素。主要用于治疗敏感革兰氏阴性菌引起的牛、猪、鸡肠道感染。
【用法与用量】以本品计。混饲：每1000kg饲料，牛、猪、鸡0.75～1.0kg，连用3～5日。
【不良反应】黏菌素类在内服或局部给药时动物能很好耐受，全身应用可引起肾毒性、神经毒性和神经肌肉阻断效应，黏菌素的毒性比多黏菌素B小。
【注意事项】 (1) 蛋鸡产蛋期禁用。 (2) 超剂量使用可能引起肾功能损伤。 (3) 本品经口给药吸收极少，不宜用作全身感染性疾病的治疗。
【休药期】牛、猪、鸡7日。
